Languages

Nexxtool AI checks AI replies in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Hindi.

Status

English is the reference language. It is the default, so you do not need to set anything.

The other nine languages are in Beta: tested automatically, not yet reviewed by native speakers, so some language-specific mistakes may occur.

What the checks cover in each language

• Prices and currency, compared with the facts you saved.
• Promises about refunds and money off, compared with your facts and your banned phrases.
• Private data: card numbers, IBANs, national ID numbers for supported regions, and keys.
• Banned and required words, also when the word changes form (for example a plural).
• Leftover AI phrases that were not meant for your customer.
• Block reasons in the language of the reply.

What it does not do

• It does not translate your rules. Your original rule stays the authority.
• It does not rewrite replies in another language.

Ask for a language

Set language in your rules (the contract object or a saved rule set). Or set the language for one check with the lang field or the x-nexxtool-lang header; it takes the place of the rules' language for that check.

A value we do not support returns 400 and runs no check: invalid_lang for lang or the header, invalid_language for the rules. If we add a language later, it returns 400 language_in_testing until it is live for your account.

Sounds human

Sounds human is in testing and not yet available to customers. When it ships, it will flag leftover AI phrases and suggest cleaner wording, and it will not change a price, a date or a promise.
