Refund Policy

Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months, except where required by law or if we bill in error.

How to cancel

In your dashboard open Plan and usage, then Manage subscription, and cancel. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep your plan until then and are not charged again.

What this means

• If you cancel part-way through a month, you keep access to the end of that month but we do not refund the unused days.
• If we charge you by mistake (a wrong amount, or a charge after you cancelled in time), tell us at support@nexxtool.ai and we will refund the error.
• If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected by this page.

Asking for a refund

Email support@nexxtool.ai from your account address with the date and amount of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
