Fill in the blanks and get facts and a rule set in one click.
A fact pack is a short form. You fill in the blanks (for example Refund window: __ days) and Nexxtool AI creates the facts and a Facts check rule set (one per account, reused by every pack) that turns the knowledge check on. Open Facts and choose a pack.

Editing
Open the pack again, change the blanks and save: its facts are replaced (no duplicates). You can also edit or delete a single fact in the list.
What the pack facts check
- Refunds, shipping, discounts, pricing: numbers, amounts and "free" promises in the reply are compared with the pack's numbers.
- Approved links: any link to a website that is not in your list is flagged.
- Business hours and wording that is not a number or link is judged by the AI step of the knowledge check.
Fact packs are included in every plan.
